D. Scott Clayton - Founder, President & Chief Technology Officer. Scott is a 25-year veteran of information technology engineering, operations and business management in positions of substantial complexity and responsibility. His entreprenuerial spirit drives him in on-going development and delivery of IzonData services presenting breakthrough, game-changing methods of achieving unprecedented effectiveness in scientific discovery and process improvement for research teams and small to medium size businesses.

David M. Peele, Ph.D. - Dr. Peele is President of Avoca, Inc., located in Merry Hill, North Carolina and Avoca Bioprocessing Corporation, in Menomonee Falls, WI. Dr. Peele is also Chair of the Eastern Advisory Committee to the North Carolina Biotechnology Center. Avoca, Inc. is the world's premier botanical extraction company - a custom developer and manufacturer of extraction products and services. Avoca Bioprocessing Corp. engineers and processes ingredients for a variety of food and nutriceutical applications. Dr. Peele's depth of experience and broad perspectives on biotechnologies and industrial plant operations are signficant assets to IzonData Corporation.

Kathy L. Morris, MBA, CPA - Ms. Morris was appointed Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Gregory Poole Equipment Company in 1992. She is a native of North Carolina and holds a MBA from Duke University and a BS from North Carolina State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a North Carolina Real Estate Broker. She is active in numerous organizations and boards, including the Raleigh Board of Directors of Branch Banking & Trust Company, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Triangle United Way Accreditation Committee. In the past, Ms. Morris has served as Finance Chair of the Executive Committee for Raffles Insurance Limited, Vice Chairman of Finance for the Eastern North Carolina Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Director of the Wake Technical Community College Foundation, Chairman of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce Executive Women Program, President of the Raleigh Professional Women's Forum, and as a Director of the Broyhill Leadership Institute.

Gene Bowen - Principal, B&R Applied Technologies. Co-founder and former Vice President of Broadband Architecture at StreamWorks Technologies, Kansas City, MO.
