Security - The IzonData proprietary architecture meets stringent banking-grade data security control standards. Access to data is restricted based on authentication and authorization levels. Data is backed up at least daily and further protected against loss.

Data Control - Customer data is isolated from other customer data through compartmentalization, access, authentication and authorization controls. Customer source data is not modified. IzonData customers own their data. If a customer ever decides to discontinue service, all their data is provided to them in a standards-based format and expunged from IzonData servers and backup media.

Service Levels - We monitor service levels in real-time to ensure customer delight. If there is a problem, we work quickly to fix it and notify you appropriately. Our committment to an effectively managed support process is also described here.

Compliance - IzonData's historian, document management and knowledge management functionality supports compliance with EPA, FDA and ISO records management regulations.
